AILO Annual Member Awards 2026 open for nominations
AILO is inviting nominations for its 2026 Annual Member Awards, celebrating the professionals helping to shape cross-border Life—both today and for the future.
Members can nominate individuals for two awards:
- The James Ball Award honours outstanding and sustained contribution to AILO and the wider cross-border Life community.
- The AILO Emerging Talent Award recognises professionals with fewer than 10 years’ industry experience who demonstrate initiative, commitment to development and the potential to help shape our sector’s future.
Celebrating our 2025 winners
Last year’s James Ball Award was presented to Marie Hainge, Legal & Regulatory Officer at Utmost Group.
As Chair of AILO’s Legal & Regulatory Committee, Marie has shared her expertise generously, supported Members in navigating complex UK and EU regulation, and championed collaboration and best practice across the sector.
Aisling Brennan received the 2025 AILO Emerging Talent Award for her contribution through both Utmost and AILO. She was recognised for advancing technology-led improvements at Utmost and promoting AILO through its staff induction programme, learning activities and Champion network.
Guy Vanner, CEO of AILO, said:
“AILO’s strength comes from the people who share their expertise, contribute their ideas and work together to move our sector forward. These awards enable us to recognise both sustained achievement and the emerging talent shaping the future of international Life.”
